Naturally fermented bread, yeast free?

The company I work for is going to a Chili Cook-off that another co. puts on every year. Our theme this year?

will be Hell's Kitchen.
office cooks a pot of chili with a theme to go along and everyone tastes all the chili's, including professional judges. We really want to go all out.
suggestions or ideas for what we could use? Accessory wise? or anything helps.
